Improved Monster Notes

Currently has two features:

- Jump to quest monster

- Press Select/Tab/etc to focus the monster you have to hunt for your current quest

- Works in the Lobby or during the hunt

- Press multiple times to cycle between multiple targets

- Swap hitzone states

- Press Square/X/G key when on the hitzone screen to swap between different states of the monster

- Currently the states are not labeled, as the game does not have any text for them

Both features have their shortcuts correctly shown at the bottom of the screen when relevant !
