Hide Sheathed Weapons (always)

The game allows you to hide your weapon in the hub, but it's still there in an actual quest! I'll be honest, I'm getting tired looking at that giant lance waddling all over the place...so I put together this mod to finally release me from the burden. No more clipping!

Your weapon, no matter what category, will always be hidden when in a sheathed position. It overrides the display option so I added a toggle button in the REFramework menu in case you temporarily want to see your sheathed weapon.

Thanks to all other script mod authors out there, their lua code has helped me a lot to figure out how it all works!
