All evades have 7. 9 iframes. The only exceptions to this are wirefall (24 iframes) and the superman dive (many iframes).

Each level of evade window adds a multiplier to the iframes:

Evade Window 0 : 1. 0 = 7. 9

Evade Window 1 : 1. 1 = 8. 69

Evade Window 2 : 1. 3 = 10. 27

Evade Window 3 : 1. 6 = 12. 64

Evade Window 4 : 1. 9 = 15. 01

Evade Window 5 : 2. 1 = 16. 59
