Customizable Hoplite Chest Cape -- New 2.0 TU5 Update

Content & Description

This a simple mod made to insert our Wind Hunters Guild's heraldic into a male Hoplite cape (chest) in Monster Hunter Rise. While I was in the process, managed to create three more versions that may become more useful for the community.

Needless to say, as every version modifies the same files, you can only have one installed at the same time (fluffy will enforce that via selective install, so dont worry).

M Hoplite Chest WH Cape: Contains our classic Wind Hunter's Guild logo as replacement for Elgado heraldic in the Hoplite cape (chest)

M Hoplite Chest WH2023 Cape: Contains our new 2023 Wind Hunter's Guild logo as replacement for Elgado heraldic in the Hoplite cape (chest)

M Hoplite Chest Vanilla+ (tintable cape heraldic): Contains the same vanilla Hoplite chest with the only change to CMM file so the Elgado heraldic will be dyeable at user's choice, with the secondary armor color ingame.

M Hoplite Chest Blank Cape (Template): Contains the vanilla Hoplite chest cape but with the Elgado heraldic removed. Useful for using it as a template for your own projects, as I'm be honored if anyone does. But please, if you do make your work public, I do compel you to credit me for using this file <3.

Important Note: this armor set requires you to have the expansion Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, as well as you need to unlock and complete (by going up in your story/MR) certain support survey quests a certain amount of times. The NPC that unlocks this set for you (with the overlay version as well) is Master Arlow. Keep completing his blue requests and you will eventually get his armor set as reward.

Mod installation

Place the desired .rar version on the mod manager's folder, so it can become readable by the program. Enable it by using its interface. If you are in doubt, go to the specific mod manager's page and learn/ask there how to do it properly. The one I do currently suggest to use is Fluffy Manager 5000.

This is my second mod on NMM, but in reality my first one regarding the another was just a simple table edit. All this insane amount of work, even for a theoretically simple mod like this, took me many full nights and would had reach a dead end
