Attack Boost on STEROIDS TU5 Updated

Changes the effects of Attack Boost to:

I: +10 attack & 5% attack percentage

II: +12 attack & 7. 5% attack percentage

III: +14 attack & 10% attack percentage

IV: +16 attack & 12. 5% attack percentage

V: +18 attack & 15% attack percentage

VI: +20 attack & 17. 5% attack percentage

VII: +30 & 20% attack percentage

This will not work if you are already using another skill mod.
