Updated FSR 3.x Implementation

Often large game developers are slow to update in game implementations of various upscalers.

This mod just provides a direct download of AMD's FSR 3.x upscaler dll for use in MH:Wilds.

Various improvements will be briefly outlined in the changes sections. See https://gpuopen.com/amd-fidelityfx-sdk/ for more detail.

For users of FSR4 override: This FSR dll swap will fail to whitelist the game for FSR4 override, RX9000 series owners have no need for this mod.

|| Hardware Requirements ||

As this mod just updates the in game FSR dll there is no additional hardware requirements. FSR 3.x effectively works on all AMD/Nvidia/Intel GPUs.

|| Installation Instructions ||

1. Extract the .zip file using your file extractor of choice, the extracted file should always called 'amd_fidelityfx_dx12.dll'.

2. Navigate to MH:Wilds in your steam library > right click and select 'manage' > select 'browse local files'.

3. This will open the main game exe directory. Drop the extracted 'amd_fidelityfx_dx12.dll' file into this directory.

4. Select 'replace file' when prompted.

5. Done.

The in-game upscaler options should list the new FSR version. Selecting FSR will now use the updated implementation.

I will try to keep this mod updated with the release of any new FSR 3.x versions.

To revert versions: deleting the 'amd_fidelityfx_dx12.dll' from the game folder and verifying files through steam will re-acquire the old dll.
