I think I've finally gotten the hang of physics editing.

I have made no edits to the head, arms, or waist pieces, so they are made invisible in some of the images above.
MiahNelah made a modular framework compatible patch for this mod that will allow you to toggle visibility for parts as you see fit, so go check out that mod if you're interested!
1. Install REFramework.
2. Boot up the game and enable the Loose File Loader via the REFramework window.
- OPTION 1: Fluffy's Mod Manager -
3. Drag and drop the .rar file on top of Fluffy, and it will automatically be added to the list. Then simply enable it and boot up the game.
- OPTION 2: MANUAL -
3. Extract the .rar and extract the contained natives folder into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MonsterHunterWilds

To Uninstall:
1. Go into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MonsterHunterWilds\natives\STM\Art\Model\Character\ch03
2. Delete the the folder titled 043
