Muscle mass in the in game slider was set to 20
Do to the thickness there are alot of waist armors that will clip through modded ones or vanilla ones, these armor's can't handle the thicccc
Put the chest file in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MonsterHunterWilds\reframework\data\FBSPresets\Body
Put the Legs file in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MonsterHunterWilds\reframework\data\FBSPresets\Leg
