first go to the link below and follow the instruction to setup BepInEx and the MiSide-UniversalAssetLoader

(uses universal asset loader version 0. 11. 1 or higher)
download the file from the files section here on nexus, then Unzip the folder and take the folder inside Labeled "Bao" and move it inside:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MiSide\BepInEx\plugins\UniversalAssetLoader\Assets
(with UAL version 0. 11. 1 or higher Do not adjust the addons_config.txt files. Leave the main one and the one in the bao folder where they are.)
Bao can now be added in the clothes menu under the "Addons" section
