Remove lens reflections dirt and flares

Removes lens dirt, flares, and reflection effects from the game. Other mods have done this before, but they all seem to have missed a few flares and reflections here and there usually in mission-specific areas, or they just remove other graphical features as well; so here is my attempt at a more simple and complete version. The only camera effect that still remains is anamorphic bloom on light sources, which looks alright to me for the sci-fi setting imo. Also included an alternate version to work with better skies 3. If you are using the version I made for better skies 3, make sure to uninstall the original better skies mod from frosty and use the included file here instead.

Let me know if you have any bugs, or if I missed any lens effects (I tried to remove every instance of lens flare nonsense that I could find, but some of these lens flare settings are hidden inside other environmental data so they can be tricky to find and easy to miss). Obviously this edits many levels in the game so I uploaded my fbproject files, along with the altered better skies fbproject here to use as a modders resource for anyone who wants to fix compatibility with their mods.

If you hate the anamorphic bloom too much, this mod should in theory work with no Horizontal bloom lens reflection and vignette (https://www.nexusmods.com/mirrorsedgecatalyst/mods/97) so long as you make sure that my mod is prioritized below it in frosty's load order, and that you download the old 1. 0 version of the mod (the one that doesn't have any conflicts with better skies, it should be listed under "Old Files").

Initial release

Restored lighting to the sun, though this comes with the downside of it having a lens flare. Removing that flare seems to just make the lighting on the sun completely broken. The lens flare here is more subtle than it was in vanilla though (Picture more like the standard lens flare you'd get from adding an ENB to your Skyrim install, and significantly less like JJ Abrams just puked up on your screen). On top of that, it only seems to trigger by looking directly into the sun, so I personally don't mind it. I may look into a better solution at some point.
