This mod changes the English localization settings of (a very few) audio files to use every available audio, even the ones from other languages.
Keep an eye on this mod page -- my end goal is to do this for every ambient (non-story, non-main-character) VO. And to enable it for other languages.
The most complete section so far is the chase VOs, so go get K-Sec after you!
