More Minimal Rain & Snow for [Physics Mod]

While you can mess around with the opacities of the rain and snow in Physics Mod, depending on your "Weather Particle Amount" the weather event can still be obstructive (Depending on your tolerance).

- The textures of both rain and snow are retextured (Lighter Color/Alternative Shading) and where possible, reduced in scale and density with added transparency into the texture (Max opacity in mind).

- Splash particles are retextured and reduced to fit the rain

For easy comparison, "Particle Amount: 5" will be used in Gallery showcase unless specified!

However, I recommend these settings: (This pack in mind!)

Weather Settings: - Rain and Thunder Weather Particle Amount: 1 Wind Strength: - Clear Weather: 0. 02 - Rainy Weather: 0. 78 - Thunder Weather: 0. 08

Particle Opacities: - Rain: 1. 00 - Snow: 0. 81 - Dust: (I disabled, but anything between 0. 11-0. 14 is decent)

PS. This will probably work for all versions of the mod but I haven't checked if there was ever a file restructure. You can let me know if so!
