Lad's 3D Rails & Ladders adds exactly that with optimized block models, no stretched sloped rails, few compromises, a simplistic approach, and pixel perfection. A lot of tedious math was used to make everything align as much as possible. It also includes a 3D version of the curved rail texture from (https://modrinth.com/project/a3HPkcZA).
