Turns the pumpkin blur into CRT scanlines with a bit of transparent white to make things look washed out (I was thinking of making a second version without that but I do not have the file for the texture anymore)
Technically it's made for 1. 21. 4 but Minecraft will not stop you from putting it in whatever version. If you have carved pumpkins in the version you're using you can probably use this just fine.
