Consistent Translucent Glass

Simply gives Glass the same translucence values as vanilla Stained Glass (apart from the cutout), with the goal to come as close as possible to vanilla and how I would expect Mojang to implement translucent glass.

No nearly invisible blocks. Just nicer and consistent glass in _the most vanilla way possible_.

Features: - Glass, Glass Panes, and Beacons all have translucent textures. - Glass translucence is perfectly consistent with Stained Glass. - CTM connected textures are supported for Glass and Glass Panes.
