If you are using (https://optifine.net/home), or (https://modrinth.com/mod/entity-model-features) + (https://modrinth.com/mod/entitytexturefeatures), when the ghasts die, they will smile. The pack works fine in vanilla, but the ghast will not smile when it dies.
