You lose moisture through movement and heat. Soups and drinking directly from bodies of water keep you hydrated. Stamina: Every action costs energy. Sprinting, swimming, and fighting deplete your stamina bar. Exhaustion makes you slow and weak. Vitamin D: The sun is your friend. Prolonged stays in dark caves weaken you, while sunlight gives you strength. Dynamic Zombie Evolution: Zombies are no longer a simple threat.
