TARDISChunkGenerator

An add-on plugin for (https://github.com/eccentricdevotion/TARDIS) that generates empty space for the TARDIS time vortex, and is used to access `net.minecraft.server` and `org.bukkit.craftbukkit` packages unavailable in the Spigot API.
