# RallyWelcome **Make every first join count — and turn your chat into the welcome committee.** RallyWelcome is a lightweight Paper and Folia plugin that gives new players a proper arrival (broadcast, title, starter reward) and pays the players who greet them. The first minutes decide whether a newcomer ever comes back; this plugin makes sure someone is there for them. ## What is RallyWelcome? Two mechanics, zero setup: 1. **First-join experience** — the moment a brand-new player appears: a highlighted broadcast asks the server to say hi, the newcomer gets a title and a starter reward (items, money, commands). 2. **Greet rewards** — a greet window opens (default 60 seconds). Any player who says a greeting word in chat — `welcome`, `wb`, `bienvenue`, `willkommen`, `bienvenido`, or your own list — receives a small reward. Chat activity goes up, newcomers feel seen, retention follows. ## Anti-abuse, built in - No self-greets. - One rewarded greet per greeter per newcomer. - Daily cap per player (default 5, configurable, 0 = unlimited). - Window expires automatically. ## Features - **Starter rewards** — items, Vault money, and any console command on first join. - **Greeter rewards** — same reward engine for the players who say hello. - **Join/quit messages** — clean MiniMessage lines (gradients, hex), or keep vanilla ones. - **First-join title** — configurable title + subtitle for the newcomer. - **Lossless delivery** — full inventory?
