Limitless TPS

This plugin removes the TPS limit from Minecraft. It's as simple as that.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Commands such as `/tps` will not show the real TPS. This is due to the command not supporting numbers above 20. If you want to see the true TPS, consider using (https://spark.lucko.me/download) and using the profiler. The profiler report will show the true TPS.
