Based on: (https://modrinth.com/plugin/nightvision-plugin) by (https://modrinth.com/user/Winlyps) - ~~Applies infinitive Night Vision effect everytime you join the server.~~ Disabled applying effecct upon joining server. Can only be applied via command now.
- Applies infinitive Night Vision via /gamma command. Can be toggled on/off.
- No permissions needed.
- Fixed enable & disable messages being reversed/opposite.
- Removed all potion & particle effects. Only visible in inventory now.
