# Jello Abilities Plugin Give every player on your server a unique PvP superpower. Crouch and press your offhand-swap key to activate — simple to learn, but filled with unusual combat mechanics, counters, movement tools, and battlefield control. --- ### How it works * Each player receives **one ability** at a time * Active abilities are used by **crouching and pressing the offhand-swap key** * Killing another player can offer you the chance to **swap abilities** with them * Craft a configurable reroll item to replace your current ability * Use `/trust` to prevent friends from being targeted by your ability * Optional unique-ability mode can prevent multiple players from holding the same ability * Ability cooldowns and active durations can be displayed through a boss bar * Every ability can be enabled, disabled, or balanced by an administrator --- ### ⚡ Active Abilities *Use these on demand — crouch + offhand-swap.* * **Lively** — Gain five bonus hearts and Regeneration for a short time * **Tactical** — Give yourself Speed while slowing your target * **Supersonic** — Fire a Warden-style sonic-boom blast that breaches part of the target’s armor * **Cowardly** — Release a damaging shockwave that knocks back nearby enemies * **Paralyzed** — Root your target in place * **Haunted** — Blind nearby enemies while turning yourself and your equipment invisible * **Zapped** — Strike nearby enemies with multiple lightning bolts * **Piercing** — Temporarily make your attacks ignore part of the target’s armor * **Macer** — Arm fall-distance-based mace attacks with armor breach and optional wind-burst behavior * **Gambler** — Roll a random multiplier for your next hit, supported by a pity system * **Miner** — Automatically mine a tunnel in front of you * **Gum** — Pull your target toward you and apply Slowness * **Demolition** — Launch a primed TNT minecart with an extremely short fuse * **Swapper** — Instantly exchange positions with your target * **Medic** — Create a healing zone that grants Regeneration and XP to you and trusted allies * **Ghost Step** — Flicker between visibility and invisibility while moving at increased speed * **Domain** — Teleport yourself and your target far away and trap both players inside a temporary arena * **Tiny** — Shrink yourself and gain Haste temporarily * **Vampire** — Activate lifesteal, with increased healing during nighttime * **Wemmbu** — Use configurable stab or cinematic nuke attacks with multiple power levels * **Surfer** — Gain Speed and create a temporary ice path beneath and ahead of you * **Marked** — Reveal a target through walls and increase the damage they receive from you and trusted allies * **Parry** — Open a short defensive window that reflects most incoming damage back to the attacker * **Rewind** — Save your position, health, hunger, and fire state, then return to that state after a delay * **Phantom Zone** — Create a large combat zone where players cannot place blocks, break blocks, use items, or place webs * **Portal** — Create a linked portal pair between your position and the location you are looking at * **Blacklist** — Temporarily prevent non-trusted players from using the item type you are holding * **Force** — Create a personal force field that slows nearby enemies to a crawl * **Chains** — Tether your target to you and stop them from escaping beyond the leash distance * **Echo Damage** — Store damage dealt during the active window and release the recorded damage afterward * **Anti-Heal** — Severely reduce your target’s health and saturation recovery * **Blink** — Teleport a short distance using three individually recharging charges * **Web Zip** — Rapidly pull yourself toward the block or entity you are aiming at * **Iron Skin** — Temporarily remove the bonus damage from critical hits against you and gain extra damage reduction --- ### 🛡️ Passive Abilities *Always active — no manual activation required.* * **Unpredictable** — Periodically empower your next hit with bonus damage * **Grounded** — Deal increased damage while positioned lower than your opponent * **Breaker** — Destroy armor and shields faster while causing enemies to wear down their own weapons when attacking you * **Grinder** — Gain improved mining, Fortune, vein mining, tree chopping, mob drops, apple drops, and XP * **Tax** — Take a share of your last target’s saturation and XP gains and receive shorter copies of their potion effects * **Brace** — Reduce knockback from enemies attacking you from the front --- ### 🎛️ Admin tools Abilities and their important values can be managed without manually editing configuration files. * **`/aadmin`** — Open the administration GUI for player abilities and balancing * **`/abalance`** — View, change, save, or reload ability balance values * **`/give <ability> <player>`** — Give or replace a player’s ability * **`/resetcd `** — Reset one player’s cooldown or reset all cooldowns * **`/trust`** — Manage players who cannot be targeted
