1. Procedurally generated floating island that the player survives on 2. Floor randomly turns to lava over time, speeding up as the game progresses 3. Random catastrophes every 30 seconds (meteor shower, flood, firestorm, lightning, wind blast, darkness, poison cloud) 4. Random player mutations shift every 60 seconds (speed, strength, jump boost, invisibility, etc) 5. Bounty system: get 2+ kills to become the glowing bounty target with rewards for elimination 6. Sky loot drops every 60 seconds with glowing items 7. Loot chests on raised platforms with weapons, potions and golden apples
