You might ask, "Why should I use this over something like ClearLagg?"

EntityClearer not only adds action bar messages, but also warning sounds, world whitelists, and many other useful features!

Plugins like ClearLagg are often frowned upon because they remove all entities from the list in an attempt to "clear lag", but this can actually cause more lag since entities will just respawn shortly after.

EntityClearer takes a smarter approach: it only removes entities that are clustered together (customizable in the config)*. This helps eliminate the worst lag offenders while also preventing mobs from immediately respawning. As a bonus, EntityClearer is still actively maintained. :)
