ActMotd

ActMotd is a clean, production-ready MOTD + Join/Quit message plugin for Paper/Spigot servers.

Features - Two-line MOTD system (line1 + line2) - MOTD rotation modes: single / random / sequence - Color support: legacy (&) + hex (&#RRGGBB on 1. 16+) - Optional PlaceholderAPI placeholders in MOTD and messages - Custom join/quit broadcasts with vanilla join/quit suppression - Reload command: /actmotd reload (no restart needed) - Optional favicon support (64x64 PNG)

- PlaceholderAPI (softdepend). If installed, placeholders are parsed; otherwise the plugin still works.
