📋 About This Mod
# Yet Another Home Server-only Forge mod that adds homes, teleport requests, and a safe `/back` — with built-in combat protection to prevent teleporting out of PvP fights. ## Commands | Command | Description | |---|---| | `/sethome ` | Save current location as a named home (defaults to `home`) | | `/home ` | Teleport to a saved home | | `/delhome ` | Delete a saved home | | `/listhomes` | List all your saved homes | | `/tpa <player>` | Request to teleport to another player | | `/tpahere <player>` | Request another player to teleport to you | | `/tpaccept` / `/tpdeny` | Accept or deny an incoming TPA request | | `/tpcancel` | Cancel a TPA request you sent | | `/back` | Return to your last teleport origin, or back to your death location | | `/tphere <player>` | ** Force-teleport a player to your location | ## Combat Safety Teleports are protected by two layers of configuration: * **Hurt lockout** (`hurtLockoutSeconds`, default **15s**): If you take damage, you cannot start or complete any mod teleport until the lockout expires. Death clears the lockout so you can immediately `/home` or `/back` to your corpse. * **Teleport warmup** (`teleportWarmupSeconds`, default **5s**): Player-initiated teleports (`/home`, `/back`, accepted TPA) wait before executing. If you take damage during the warmup, the teleport is cancelled. These prevent using teleport commands to escape from a fight. ## `/back` Behavior * Returns to your **death location** first (if you died recently). Cleared once used or after `deathBackExpirySeconds` (default 10m). * Falls back to your **last teleport origin** (a toggle: `/back` swaps you between where you were and where you are now). Expires after `backExpirySeconds` (default 5m) so teleporting out of a friend's base doesn't leave a permanent waypoint back in. ## Configuration All settings in `config/yet-another-home.toml`: | Option | Default | Description | |---|---|---| | `maxHomes` | `1` | Homes per player | | `opUnlimitedHomes` | `true` | Operators bypass `maxHomes` | | `tpaExpirySeconds` | `60` | How long a TPA request stays pending | | `deathBackExpirySeconds` | `600` | How long after death preceding the death location | | `backExpirySeconds` | `300` | How long a teleport origin is valid for `/back` | | `hurtLockoutSeconds` | `15` | Seconds after taking damage when players can't teleport (0 to disable | | `teleportWarmupSeconds` | `5` | Delay before a teleport executes (0 for instant) | | `opUnlimitedHomes` | `true` | Operators bypass `maxHomes` | ## Compatibility * Server-only mod — vanilla clients can join without installing anything. * Fires `EntityTeleportEvent.TeleportCommand` so protection mods (WorldGuard, GriefPrevention, etc.) can veto teleports. * Saves persist across restarts via world `SavedData`. ## AI disclosure Coding agent was used in developing this mod.
