The world of Arrakis, a desert world where only the freemen could thrive. Once roamed by giant sandworms and prized as the only source of the valuable "spice". Now the worms have disappeared and spice is becoming even more scarce... Will you be able to survive on this barren world? Starting with just a few supplies you will have to build a base of operations in this desert then find sources of scarce food and water. Sift through the sands of Arrakis to find what few resources are left and secure spice to trade for more complex mechanisms in order to thrive and unlock the deeper mysteries of Arrakis. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This pack uses a combination of weather, thirst and hunger mechanics from Tough as nails, weather2 and spice of life to provide a challenging survival experience. Custom world generation through the use of Recurrent complex and wastelands mod provide a unique world for the player to explore and many quests (Partial implementation) to guide you through the early stages of surviving in the wasteland. Through an exchange system implemented in the BQM mod you will turn in items for currency that can then be exchanged for more advanced technology. Featuring many new or updated mods such as Factory Tech you will have to build infrastructure in order to produce bulk amounts of items to turn in for Currency. With the use of progressive difficulty monsters will scale their difficulty as you progress to be sure there is always a challenge waiting while you explore. ================== This pack is Early Beta
