Research all your favourite blocks and items in Minecraft and new additions brought on by the Martian invasion! Use that research to get some new cool weapons and gear to fight back the invaders, using the brand new Diary item and tech levels within it. Survive! The War of The Worlds Mod is a survival-first mod it is intended to be played in that mode so that you will be very scared of the Martians blowing you up constantly all the time. You are not allowed to feel safe. Ever. Better living underground! Ever wanted a reliable way to live underground? Well now there is! This mod adds many new blocks to find underground including new ways to collect wood, food and other normally surface exclusive features!. Trust us you're going to want to live underground for a while. Invaders must die! This mod is hard, tough as nails, and ruthless. But it's not unbeatable. Use your survival skills to craft powerful weapons and armour that can take down the Martians and save the world of Minecraft! Unless you're chicken, in which case we have a configuration settings screen to lessen that difficulty. Race against the biological clock! Growing deep under your world is the Martian Red Weed. It spreads and infects blocks around it causing them to become hazardous to you. It's important you contain the spread and keep your Minecraft world safe from becoming another red planet! Multiplayer! We regularly make sure our mod works suited for multiplayer! Host a server with friends or join us on our public server, which can be easily accessed from this mod's title screen.
