# THE SILENCE CLICK (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/the-silence-infection) FOR MORE FREQUENT UPDATES The Silence is an infection mod, that's completely silent. ## GAMEPLAY: When you spawn in, you'll have a start infection button. _Right-click_ this to start the infection at you position. Then, **run**. Mobs touching the silent dirt will be converted into **disquieters**, which in turn convert more mobs. When you kill a **disquieter**, it'll leave behind a dangerous infection cloud that can convert more mobs. Every now and then, **silencers** will spawn. These skeletal creatures are very dangerous, because the more they kill, the stronger they become. **_Kill them as fast as possible._** You can craft **sonic tools** to fight the infection using iron and diamonds. ## GAMERULES: The infection is fully customizable, and there are some things you can toggle: **DoBulbGrowth** determines whether small pillars known as bulbs should generate. **DoDisquieterTrail** determines whether disquieters should sometimes place silent dirt as they move. **DoSilencerSpawning** determines whether silencers can spawn or not. **DoForcefieldParticles** determines whether sonic forcefields create particles.
