The Dreamland

Welcome to The Dreamland - an ethereal realm constructed by The Amalgamation - an acnient extraterrestrial gravemind that's omnipresent. Here you will find: Purgenation, Amalgamation's extension; dimensions and liminal spaces; trapped souls and many more! On start of your walkthrough with this mod, you may be lucky to stumble upon Purgenated Biomes - they were already converted into Purgenators' home. And even if you find yourself in Dreamland, remember: don't panic.

The Dreamland is another take of these 'ARG Horror mods', offering another story of players trapped and dead, all because of one ancient being. It's inspired by Untitled.log, Outin.frombelowland and Gonebutnotforgotten. INFINITY.

Be warned, despite having some of ARG-like elements, this mod is NOT an ARG. Just a mod with lore and backstory that can be found in files and videos.

Current contents:

-over 17 dimensions.

-over 30 entities.

-the ability to free trapped souls.

-items to better fight off Purgenation, Souls and The Abyssborns.

-trading with one of Souls!

-banishment - you can actually beat Amalgamaiton and stop it.

-The Purgenation - the extension of Amalgamation and a mechanical infection which spreads as you explore Dreamland.

-Escalation of danger - the more you engage, the more dangerous levels become.

-Bossfights for more epicness: each playergroup's leader, Collectivists' Boss Rush, Streamy Boss, and Amalgamation as Final Boss.

Upcoming Content:

'Souls Update' (v 1. 1. 0) - adds new Souls, as in expanding Cool Guys Group and Collectivists Brotherhood and even introducing Pillagers Order, and several new dimensions (to make Undergrounds more important and elongate the post-Cathedral exploration) + new items and an expanded advancement tree. Humans thought The Abyss won't rise, but it did, so meet: The Abyssborns! Along with that, The Undergrounds will receive a large tweak. (Current version)

'Outer Dreamland' Update (v 1. 2. 0) - extends Outer Dreamland (Undergrounds + related dimensions) to make it one of the most diverse parts. Confirmed dimensions for this update: Trenchlands, Recursion, Once in an Abandoned Base, Infernal Tunnels. There will be more Abyssborns, Pillagers and Purgenators. (Upcoming)

'Middle Dreamland Update' (v 1. 3. 5) - the update starting from which Dreamland will be in Public Beta Stage. Extends Middle Dreamland, adding new Soul-related and Purgenation-related dimensions and adding even more Abyssborn.

'Purgenation and Tunnels Update' (v 1. 5. 0) - expands The Tunnels (overlevel) for the fourth time and adds a lot of new Purgenators, along with several systems for them. Expect it to be Deep Dreamland-focused.

Xyxylunka: made the icon for Dreamland.

Outin.frombelowland, created by lockexiled, - inspiration for The Undergrounds dimension.

GamerFNFBeing: composed 'disease' and 'biocolumn', which is Amalgamation's bossfight phase 1 and phase 2 themes  respectively.

Grxvity: helped to retitle the window of Minecraft.

Charlotte: made textures for some alpha blocks.

Mr Gibbo: made ITC, which inspired some of mod elements for Dreamland.
