# **Stonecutter Damage Fix** The "Stonecutter Damage" bugfix. This mod fixes a long-standing vanilla bug: the stonecutter block does not deal any damage, even though it visually has a rotating blade. When a player or any mob stands on a stonecutter, they receive damage, exactly as it should have worked from the start. _What this mod does:_ - Restores the missing stonecutter damage in vanilla Minecraft. - Works on players and all mob types (passive, hostile, etc.). - No extra features, no bloat – only the fix. --- ### New in version 2.0.0 - Improved placement **Now the stonecutter can be placed on walls and on the ceiling!
