Your bladder meter must be maintained by making trips to restroom spots periodically, failiure to do so will cause you to slow down as the meter reaches climax. And if left unattended, will cause you to wet yourself. Reducing your cleanliness stat. Being unclean has it's own nerfs, such as having less health. But being clean allows you to regenerate health quickly! Keep up with yourself, and you'll prosper more!
