Simpler Wooden Pipes

# Simpler Wooden Pipes This is a fork of (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/simple-wooden-pipes) by (https://www.curseforge.com/members/dogboy21). It provide a simple and low-tech way of transporting Liquids and generating Water. The first item this mod adds is a Wooden Pipe. Wooden Pipes are available in all available Wooden Plank Textures and transfer Liquids in a rather slow speed to any Tank connected to them. The second item this mod adds is a Pump. Pumps transfer Water from a source below to a Tank or Pipe above. ## Changes to the Orignal * updated build tools * instead of hardcoding stone, pipes now use their material to determine if they should burn * added a black and whitelist to override the material-based behavior * added a config option, that prevents the registration of the default recipes
