[SBW] Mini Auto Turret

# Mini Auto Turret Compact, tripod-mounted auto-sentry turrets for SuperbWarfare. A form factor that doesn't exist in the base mod, which only offers large-scale turrets like the HPJ-11 or the laser tower. The first turret is an M60-based sentry, cheap enough for early-game defense.
