## Loot Modifier

A mod to allow datapacks to modify existing loot tables

Loot table modifiers should be defined in data//lootmodifier/loot_table_modifier/.json

## JSON Format

target: A loot table identifier, or list of loot table identifiers, to modify.

pools: A list of pools to add to the loot tables. Uses vanilla (https://minecraft.wiki/w/Loot_table#Pool).

Gives dirt and grass blocks a 10% chance to drop a diamond when mined
