Less Annoying Phantoms

Phantoms are a very cool idea for a mob. However, their coolness is often overwritten by how annoying they are, and their uncapitalized potential.

### Changes - Phantoms deal no Knockback - For me this was the most annoying thing about them so I made sure to tweak this - Note: Phantoms can still kind of push the player, but their hits do no knockback - Phantoms vanish when they are hit or when they hit you - Phantoms deal more damage (Because they disapear when hit) - Phantoms give the player weakness when they hit

I tried to keep the phantoms balanced while making them easier to deal with and less annoying, and more like the hallucinatory creatures they are meant to be.
