**Lazy Fluids** is a lightweight performance optimization mod for servers and singleplayer worlds. It prevents fluids (like water and lava) from ticking far away from players, reducing unnecessary chunk updates and improving TPS. When there are no players nearby, fluid blocks "go to sleep" — they don’t update, drip, or flow. But as soon as a player enters the area, fluids instantly "wake up" and resume normal behavior. Everything happens seamlessly, without breaking Minecraft physics.
