Inspecio adds new tooltips to items like shulker boxes, filled map, fish bucket, armor, food, banner patterns, etc. Some of those are just replacement to the vanilla "text" tooltip with a more fancy one, others are extra information for the user! You can use the command `/inspecio config` to manage configuration.
