Cuffing Targets: Right-click any entity or player with standard Handcuffs, Kairoseki Handcuffs, or Explosive Handcuffs to lock them down. By default, targets must be at 50% health or lower to be cuffed (can be toggled off in config). 2. Unlocking Escaping: Right-click a cuffed target using the corresponding key (Standard Key, Kairoseki Key, or Explosive Key) to safely remove the cuffs. Targets can use a Lockpick to attempt self-escape with a 25% success rate. Using the wrong key on Explosive Handcuffs will trigger an immediate lethal detonation. 3. Dragging Escorting: Right-click a cuffed target with a standard Minecraft Lead to start escorting and dragging them with you. KEY FEATURES ⚔️ 1. ADVANCED HANDCUFF MECHANICS ⛓️ Standard Handcuffs: Locks down the target and applies a visual screen blur effect 🌫️ Kairoseki Handcuffs: Nullifies Devil Fruit powers while draining target health down to 10% for safe containment ⛓️ Explosive Handcuffs: Features a 30-second proximity timer if the target runs further than 30 blocks 🚨 Triggers an instant lethal explosion if the timer expires or if unlocked with the wrong key 💥 Lockpick Tool: Gives cuffed targets a 25% chance to break free by picking the lock 🔓 Lead Escort System: Allows players to drag cuffed targets using standard leads 🪢 2. DEN DEN MUSHI ALERTS 🐌 Automatic Marine Notifications: Cuffing any pirate instantly broadcasts a Den Den Mushi alert to all online Marines with exact X Y Z coordinates 📢 3.
