FancyMenu System Interactions Addon

# About This addon for FancyMenu allows modpack creators to create even more complex menu designs! It adds actions to interact with the user's operating system, like executing commands, downloading files, moving files and more. Of course this can be used for malicious actions, which is why all features of this addon are **OPT-IN**!
