Enchanted Elytra

This datapack adds a handful of unique elytra enchantments that create new possibilities for mobility! Recommended for use with the (https://modrinth.com/datapack/aviator-helmets) datapack.

## Enchantment Overview

### Aerodynamic I-III Each level of _Aerodynamic_ decreases the drag experienced by the user, creating a higher coasting speed. With _Aerodynamic III_, a talented flyer's flight distance is only limited by the elytra's durability! ##### Not compatible with _Hover_ ---

### Air Jump I-IV Each level of _Air Jump_ gives the user an extra jump in the air before deploying the elytra as a glider. ##### Not compatible with _Hover_

### Air Brake When gliding with an _Air Brake_ elytra, the user can press _sneak_ to quickly slow down to a safe landing speed. ##### Not compatible with _Hover_ ---

### Hover The _Hover_ enchantment causes the user to hover instead of glide, giving them creative-style flight in survival mode. While hovering, press _jump_ to gain altitude and _sneak_ to lose altitude. ##### Only compatible with _Mending_ and _Unbreaking_ ---

### Roceketeer I-II Each level of _Rocketeer_ causes the user's speed while using firework rockets to increase, allowing for faster travel. ##### Not compatible with _Rocket Blast_ or _Hover_ ---

### Rocket Blast When using an elytra with _Rocket Blast_, firework rockets will explode immediately, giving the user an instantaneous boost of speed. Additionally, if the firework has a Firework Star, the player will be protected from the blast of the explosion, allowing them to dive bomb other entities. ##### Not compatible with _Rocketeer_ or _Hover_ ---

## Obtaining When exploring End Cities, the roofs of some buildings will have a new cluster of Shulkers surrounding a Vault block. Using a plain book on the Vault will cause it to be enchanted with one of the enchantments above, weighted towards the enchantments with multiple levels.
