Datamancy

Datamancy provides a suite of features that greatly expands what can be acomplished by data packs and resource packs. Whether you're a modpack author looking to tailor the gameplay experience, an adventure map designer crafting a unique story, or a modder developing new content, Datamancy is here to enhance your toolkit!

## Tags Datamancy adds several new tags that bring functionality to their entries. These tags only support adding new entries. Removing entries is not supported and can have inconsistent behavior.

### Block Tags

- `datamancy:supports_turtle_eggs` - Turtles will be able to lay eggs on blocks that have been added to this tag.

### Item Tags

• `datamancy:brewing_fuel` - Items in this tag can fuel a brewing stand.
• `datamancy:distracts_enderman` - Wearing an item from this tag in any armor slot will prevent enderman from beoming aggressive when you look at them.
• `datamancy:distracts_piglins` - Wearing an item from this tag in any armor slot will prevent piglins from becoming aggressive.
• `datamancy:prevents_trampling` - Wearing an item from this tag in the boots slot will prevent trampling crops.
• `datamancy:respawn_anchor_fuel` - Items in this tag can be used to fuel a respawn anchor.

### Trim Materials

• `datamancy:distracts_enderman` - Wearing an item that has been trimmed with this material in any armor slot will prevent enderman from becoming aggressive when you look at them.
• `datamancy:distracts_piglins` - Wearing an item that has been trimmed with this material in any armor slot will prevent piglins from becoming aggressive.
