You can customize terrain generation, biome generation and structure generation with this mod. # How to use Install this mod. **Server side** is required while client side is optional (no effect whether install in client side or not). Edit `custom_worldgen-config.json` in "config" folder in your game directory at server side (for single player, this is located at ".minecraft/config"; for multiple player, this is located in "<server directory>/config"). I tried to contact with the author of BOP, but he seems (https://github.com/Glitchfiend/BiomesOPlenty/issues/2024).
