(https://modrinth.com/mod/com-util) is not a library mod for other mods. I haven't checked if (https://modrinth.com/mod/com-util) is illegal or legal because of copying spigot plugins such as EssentialsX, and a few other plugins.
# How did I make this? (https://modrinth.com/user/ItsOriginalYT) made it with MCreator. Without the help of MCreator, building mods would be much more harder. As each update of MCreator releases, building mods would become more and more easier and the design of MCreator would look GREAT. So, thank you to MCreator for making mod building easier :D
