Chat Calc

This is a port of (https://modrinth.com/mod/chat-calc) by RTTV (which is also a port of (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/chatcalc) by Kokeria) to the newest minecraft versions, because it hasn't been updated in a long time. It's also completely converted from Java to Kotlin, just because I can.

The functionality hasn't changed much, so you can check the (https://modrinth.com/mod/chat-calc). There is, however, an additional dependency - (https://modrinth.com/mod/fabric-language-kotlin) - which is needed for Kotlin to work.

I do plan on adding some features later, such as better config handling and allowing calculations in text fields other than chat, like ~~signs~~ (done), books, anvils etc. They aren't available yet, though.
