Block Spawn

The attempts to spawn entities are in the order they are defined in the configuration file, meaning an entity that is second in order will only have a chance to be spawned if the one before it fails to.

• ``` list key ``` The namespaced identifier of a block
• ``` mob ``` The identifier of an entity
• ``` chance ``` A percentage chance for an entity to spawn
• ``` adjustTerrain ``` Whether terrain around the entity should be destroyed when it spawns, keeping the block directly under it
• ``` targetPlayer ``` Whether the entity should spawn targeting and aggressive towards the player
