This works great with the (https://modrinth.com/datapack/amplified-nether) datapack. It's really easy to get on top of the nether roof, however, because Amplified Nether extends the Nether roof to build limit, it's impossible to get down from the Nether roof when Amplified Nether is installed. This datapack fixes that by killing the player if they're above the Nether roof.
