You can keep eating even when you're full. In survival mode, you can always eat even when you are full. Don't worry about being killed because you can't eat to regain health. Support 1.21.1+ Neoforge and Fabric
This modpack is a PAIN. you can't trust anything and you have to always watch your back. I haven't tested it much because I want to record a youtube video on it but from what I have played it seems really hard. It has some of your favorite horror mods like the cave dweller and beautiful shaders. I wont say much more so I wont spoil the fun. This modpack also has essential so you can play with your friends. I hope you enjoy cause I know I will.
