Addity

This mod is a successor to the Additional Bars and Horizontal Panes mods. ### Why the merge? Both of the mods provide a similar feature, with Horizontal Panes having a similar codebase to the Additional Bars, so it will be easier to maintain it under one project (or two for Fabric version) instead of multiple projects. ### Addity?
