Adds a new enchantment called `3x3`. This enchantment works on: - Pickaxes - Shovels - Axes - Hoes Tools with `3x3` affect a full `3x3` area instead of a single block. - Pickaxes mine `3x3` - Shovels dig `3x3` - Axes break `3x3` - Hoes till `3x3` Hold `Shift` to disable the area effect when needed.
